Aabyss, a leading technology company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Technical department. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth.


The Account Manager is responsible for developing long-term client relationships and designing solutions
to suit their current and future technology requirements. You will present and promote The Aabyss brand and 3PT services to customers, identifying gaps in their current offering and highlighting opportunities for cross selling.

You will work with customers and internal stakeholders to agree functional and non-functional requirements,
develop corresponding solutions that leverages Aabyss and partner capabilities, and advise on the effort, technical and commercial implications of your designs.


You will work with your peers and external partners to understand how innovative technologies and market trends can be leveraged to deliver positive outcomes for our clients and help to develop and implement best-practice architecture, standards, and guidelines. You will also be willing to share knowledge and mentor those around you.


The successful candidate will research and make recommendations for their use where this would add business
value and will ensure that solution delivery is performed with agility balancing speed, quality, and value for money.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, serving as the main point of contact
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical expertise and guidance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account growth
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients, highlighting performance and progress

Job requirements

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools to manage and track account activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
