Job Summary: The Sales Administrator will support the sales team by processing orders and ensuring all sales-related activities run smoothly. This role is crucial in helping Aabyss achieve excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing and Purchasing: Accurately process orders and ensure timely ordering and delivery of products and services.
Renewals Management: Ensuring timely and accurate renewals for client contracts.
Sales Coordination: Assist the sales and marketing team with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing documentation and customer renewals.
CRM Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Reporting: Generate sales reports and provide insights to the sales team to help them track their performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, and managing correspondence, vendor queries
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role within an MSP or IT industry is highly desirable.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
